It's unclea why you would rate the shoes "fair" rather than "good" condition: the leather uppers are in quite / very good condition and the soles are solid / not worn out. Upon request I will order you new shoe laces (hopefully you'd acknowledge customer service in amended feedback). For all those reading this feedback, kindly note that the item had extensive photos of the shoes from all angles.
