    Thieves. When I purchased the rug, they had 100% positive feedback on 400+ transactions, now they are showing no feedbacks at all with 75%, so I’m not alone. They allegedly shipped a $600 rug with NO tracking, and never answered one of my messages. Thieves pure and simple. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! In 20+ years on eBay, I’ve never had anything so heinous happen.
