Many pictures shared with seller to try to resolve the issue but those discussions failed to bring an appropriate and reasonable resolution. The responsiveness was timely, but there always appeared to be a deliberate disconnect in understanding communications. Bed functions, but panels are not secure enough for for long term use. I’m afraid to return bed because I feel I would not get a full refund. Going forward, I will get insurance.

The item arrived broken. There was zero packing in the box allowing it to flop around in the box. They did ship a new carry handle out promptly from china. If i would have known the seller was in china i would have purchased this from another seller.
