One arm was broken off, which I assume happened during shipping, despite how well it was packaged. But that's ok because we fixed it with plastic glue that's used for miniatures. This allowed us to turn the arm so her hand is holding the guitar, which makes it a little unique. Ordering this was a better value than buying the whole set just to get the one figure we wanted.
