As soon as I contacted seller about mix-up, they contacted me within one hour to remedy the error. They even offered me to keep the phone I was sent and also give me a credit. Which is great. I received item within time. They have responded to my messages within hours. This is why I feel terrible that I put up a bad review. I WOULD definitely do business with them again ! Sorry guys.
