The seller didn't list all the Rugged laptop features, but was able to answer my questions & send pics about the many unique laptop ports, etc in a reasonable time frame. Seller also sent laptop with adequate packaging protections, (all the way to Hawaii, 2-day air) for no extra charges, although I offered to pay more. Laptop was in almost perfect shape, only a bit of inconsequential hinge damage. Close to perfect product, packaging, price & service!
