    Not only was the watch exactly as described and in perfect condition (for the best price- by far - that I saw), hourglassco went far out of their way to help me with shipping issues on the United States side that were outside of their control. They were very helpful in answering questions, trying to keep me fully informed, and followed-up repeatedly to make sure that the transaction went well and that the watch arrived safely.

    I knew these were fakes when I bought them; I just loved the conceit of Breitling surfboards. And on the plus side, the seller was very attentive and quick to ship. S/he certainly made no attempt to hide the fact that they are fakes. "Made in PRC" stamped on the outside of the shoddy paper box is a real giveaway - so I guess I'm neutral. They're not real silver, so not worth what I paid, but I have to hand it to this seller for having the chutzpah to rip off Breitling on eBay.

    Hi, I am sorry you had not had the best experience. The breitling cufflinks are 100% real. The shipping paper box is just a container for the product inside, so it will not be damage during transportation. Unfortunately we do not have a good quality box for this.
