It was well wrapped/packed, but... to my great disappointment, USPS managed to shash the box. Literally, the box looked like somebody stteped on it, so figurine did not survived. Contacted seller, provided pictures and within couple of day got shipping label and a bit later a refund

    Very good phone, excellent value, extremely satisfied

    This is a very nice high quality device. Yes, as others have said, a bit old, heavier and bulky as well, but that lets in come in on the cheap. if you can live with Android 4.0, and want a rugged daily driver with a keyboard, (as I did), this is the answer. Screen size is not bad, keyboard is rugged, the phone itself is also very rugged. Simple and easy to use, but best to remove and/or deactivate the ATT bloatware. Speaker is loud and mics. seem good, reception and call quality is good. NEC support is non existent, and this phone can not be rooted either, so forget that. I found the camera very nice and very easy to use with convenient controls for zoom and exposure, which I really liked. Picture quality is fine on both front and back cameras.     Great hardware, software support not fantastic

    This is the best Android candybar style with keyboard I've used. Really rugged, battery makes it through a day or two, easy to hold, keys are fine. Stuck on 4.0 and some apps are confused by the odd screen size and keyboard. HTC did a better job with keyboard integration on the HTC Status, but this one is ok.

    The battery life is good , 24 hours with wifi , whasap : 1900 amp The stability is also good , the phone restart 1 time per day maybe The perfomance is nice for dualcore, run fast and smooth This android system have cool details like battery counter reset when it is fully loaded and other little details I can use my spanish SIM card I dont recomend install all AandT applications because it can make it unestable , and enable Eco mode and all options to do not burn out battery and you can enjoy 24 hours phone . BTW i've acquire mugen power battery of 3600 mlamp

    This phone handles harsh conditions well.

    I needed a more durable phone for work. This is a durable phone, down to earth phone. I do wish it had a brighter screen for outdoors, but besides that it is really good.
