Sadly, several arrived broken because fragile items were shipped in a bubble mailer - a sturdy box likely would have protected contents. Seller was notified with photos & was prompt in response with sincere apologies & proactively issued a partial refund. (She was out of town & someone shipped for her-so not really her fault) I would still buy from again. Seller IS very nice.
