Good looking and feeling mattress and was in brand new condition in a box and air tight rolled up plastic packaging. Set up was a breeze especially with two people the worst part is waiting for it to expand which doesn't take long. I slept on it earlier than the recommended fourty eight hours, but it feels good and I am very impatient I gave it maybe seven hours before trying it and getting rest.

- a***1 (28)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasethe bed was a return or used bed the packageing was badly done and no infornation on setting up the bed there was damage to the springs and the top cushion do to the packaging and the mess in puting in the old beat up box they sent it in im going to ask for a refund in full and all the exrtra money they charged me im also calling my citi bank and telling them what happened this was basicly fraud and im not at all happy with this mess please tell me what your going to do about it jon al ts
