I assume the vacuum seal was already compromised. Made it a PITA to position but I finally got it and WOW what a GREAT MATTRESS. I still ordered a 2" thick memory foam topper for it as I like the added comfort. But this is really worth the money, and I will be back for another smaller mattress for the guest room.

- a***1 (28)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasethe bed was a return or used bed the packageing was badly done and no infornation on setting up the bed there was damage to the springs and the top cushion do to the packaging and the mess in puting in the old beat up box they sent it in im going to ask for a refund in full and all the exrtra money they charged me im also calling my citi bank and telling them what happened this was basicly fraud and im not at all happy with this mess please tell me what your going to do about it jon al ts
