In the photos it shows a remote that is supposed to control them but it didn’t even come with it. Even when I got the remote it still didn’t do anything. Also the IO Shield in the back of the case that has the USB ports wasn’t properly put in so some of the ports are covered and unusable. It is a great PC just be warned when buying.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.
