- a***v (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe pc came with no graphics card and the back plates were untouched we're the card while have been and now I have blow more money then I wanted on a new card for this thing seller is hard to understand with missing words and now won't respond in fed up with this bs buyers beware if your gunna get a cheaper PC look elsewhere and make sure it's insured for stuff like this the item shows it with a card the back panels are open we're the card ports sit but there not on the item received

The main board is from an old Lenovo M700 that stopped receiving updates in 2019. The board is roughly 10 years old. If I had known the mainboard was that old, I would not have bought it. Also the lighted fans are not controllable so I can't turn them off. That sucks because they flicker under power draw. So although the description was accurate, it was lacking in some important details.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. I communicated this to the seller, who offered a 50% discount. I said I preferred what was listed (new or unused), at which point the seller issued an immediate refund. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.
