Only one out of four pieces was inside and that piece appeared to have been stepped on. Very disheartening! I believe it is the fault of the shipper, UPS. I have never had an issue with FedEx. Perhaps Larson should change shippers. KUDOS to Larson Ent.. They dealt promptly with the issue and in a positive manner. I really wanted the item, but am fearful of reordering so I'm unable to rate the actual item.
