    My original order never arrived, but the seller reached out to me after I reported the incident apologizing for the missing package (USPS issue, not the seller). The seller sent me another set of screws free of charge without a second thought. Highly recommend this seller for taking care of their customers!

    Sorry that you didn't get your screws that you ordered. I don't uses tracking on the screws because two get tracking cost $4.50 and by the time I ad the tracking materials it would be worth it. Some how I didn't get the alert that you were contesting the sale. Usually any new messages that eBay sends show up on my screen when I log in. without the tracking I can't say where they are at but they were sent. I've had items show up a little late but they definitely should have been there.
