It came in a box, only the unit had bubble wrap but was not secured in the box just sliding around in the box, would have been better if they used some more packing material in the box to keep if from getting knocked around! Charger and cord was included.

The seller was very slow to respond and sent the same message twice, indicating to me that they are just copy and pasting replies. The computer is currently in transit to be returned. Working with this seller has been terrible. If you get a good unit, that's great for you. But be open to the possibility that you'll end up like me.

Also the were damages, one of them had a pretty nice dent in the back side. I tried to reach out to the seller and they would not respond. I returned the items, and waited the 3 days for the seller to issue my refund. However they did not answer or refund me. I had to contact ebay to get the issue resolved. Overall bad experience with this seller.
