The packing was prefect, and delivered to me safely, It was completely described accurately, I sold this exact one and was sad when I packaged it up. It actually reminded me of my christmas childhood. So I went on a mission and am so glad I was able to replace it with the one that I sold. It is now in a pile of christmas trees, and christmas theamed brooches that i am able to play with & look at Thank you so so much!!!

Never needs replacing.) wasn't working as described. Not sure if this was damaged in shipment, due to not being properly packaged as described before.
