      P6137 probe designed for 2465B, 2467B, 2440

      P6137 probes were designed with 2465B in mind. Besides high bandwidth, they have a button on the part you hold in your hand that 2465Bs can assign a meaning to. For example: you can program 2465B to do an auto-set each time you push the button, or you can assign it the task of doing an autoset and and an auto-measure each time you push the button. P6131, P6133, P6136 predecessors of this probe do not have this functionality. Later P6139A probes also do not have this feature. 2445B, 2467B, and 2440 scopes can also communicate with this probe's button. Earlier scopes such as 2445A and 2465A only understand button press to mean "ID" and slightly push up trace.

      NOS Tektronix P6137 scoope probes

      These were new still in the package scope probes that I believe are no longer available from Tektronix. These work great with my old scope. And a great price too!!

      Great probe

      Great probe. Much lower noise with weak signals than other lower cost probes. If you have a good scope you need a good probe.
