      Great lantern, very useful.

      Seems to be well made, time will tell. I like to 2 bulb feature, the led is bright enough for low light situations, uses almost no battery, and makes the lantern easy to find in the dark. The florescent bulb is enough to light up a room. The handle hinges and adds to the versatility.

      bought this to replace a dewalt flashlight, love the hitachi

      Very bright, works with the hitachi 18v batteries, the only thing is the head seems a little loose/wobbly - I bought 2 of these, both have the same issue. Was told it's not a defect, just a design flaw. Doesn't really affect the use, so I'm not concerned.

      Nice bright light

      This light works great with the 18v li-ion batteries and projects a nice bright light. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have been an LED light versus incandescent.
