I received a grey, white and brown flecked polished stone. This does not even remotely resemble the purple blue silvery “opal” pictured in this sellers advertisement. I reached out to convey my extreme disappointment in my purchase-there was no recourse offered. Seems like a “tough luck-gotcha” policy. When I pointed out that the dimensions were in the description, she decided that she didn't like the color of the pendant. The buyer was granted a return by me not eBay and yet she still is complaining! Anyone can take a bad photo in poor lighting, this pendant's color is beautiful unlike her photo. Clearly a case of buyers remorse, you can't please everyone.
