I also explained that sending the item back would get you a full refund of 10.99 (the original cost of the item). The return shipping would be at your expense. I further explained the return cost would be about 9.00 which would result in a net gain of approx. 2.00. I simply explained this so you could decide if it was worth your effort for the 2.00 net gain.
