    Gets the job done

    It is a great product to have when traveling and you want some hot water. It is small and compact and has dual voltage. The only downside is that it takes awhile for the water to heat up, it's no microwave, but it gets the job done.

    Hot Tea or Instant Coffee on the Go

    Product comes in nice travel bag for storage. Cord is ample length. At this time have only used 110 feature. Usually it heats up 10-15min nicely for boiled water. Suggested use... Only plug in when emerged in water and remove plug same way. Have a safe place to hang the device or stand it not touching the element til it cools. Have gone thru a few of these to know.

    After 30 min the water does not boil yet!!!

    Not very hot

    I used to have one of these many years ago and it would boil the water in only a few minutes. This product cannot boil water in even 20 minutes.
