Then sends me tracking for a replacement, emails me again saying UPS will mark it delivered but i wouldn't get it. Then sends me tracking for a 3rd time, I follow it to my city, then he refunds me. These guys got some scam going, I've had others on ebay do the same thing. Ebay lists this guy is from PERU, but it was coming out of Missouri. How he gets UPS to show the tracking I don't know. I wasted 2 weeks!!!
