Delivery was on time, although the box was a little banged up with a hole 2 inches in dia that you could see the carburetor inside. The carburetor, and linkage was ok. I think it was one of those hybrid UPS/USPS, so my guess is the USPS, UPS is always on top of any damage, I have actually opened a package before the UPS drive would agree to leave the damaged outer container.
