What changed? The designer purse arrived in a thin plastic bag that was tissue paper thin and had multiple cuts from the wear and tear of shipping. I have an extensive collection of these purses, and I have never ever received one that was not shipped in a box. Most have some kind of padding. I already saw another review complaining about the quality of shipping packaging before I purchased, so I thought the seller would have corrected their behavior but I guess not. In the actual item description in the listing they wrote “This backpack comes with brand card and original box” so imagine my surprise when my backpack showed up with unlisted dents in a paper-thin plastic mailer bag that was torn to bits. Very disappointed. Please do better.
