Seller mislead and was dishonest, as her description said “DEVICE TESTED and WORKING.” Upon arrival it didn’t work and we contacted seller immediately. We spent 89 dollars on vcr, and now 65 in shipping. And have nothing to show for it since seller shipped and sold a defective device but advertised it as working.
