Took them until July 17 to drop the item at usps. It’s now the 19th and I still don’t have my item. Seller ships from NY and I’m in MA. I wrote to the seller twice on July 16 and 17, they never responded to either message. Absolutely horrible customer service. Longest shipping time for the shortest distance ever. Can’t wait to see what condition they arrive in.
