Item was DOA, tested the day I received the item. I informed the Seller and asked how he wanted to rectify the situation - Seller wanted pictures and grudgingly agreed it was the item he had sent me. After a couple of days he offered a partial refund, which I disagreed with. I could not raise the Seller after than. Pictures were sent and board appeared to be modified, same board doesnt mean unmodified. I'd upload pics if this allowed me to. I offered him a full refund minus the $5 for shipping. I won the dispute through eBay; unfortunately eBay still allows a buyer to submit negative feedback even though the resolution was found in my favor after photo review. I was sent this from eBay: "This case is now closed. You are not required to reimburse the buyer or eBay."
