      First off this item was inferior to my expectations. Secondly I received this item 2 days after the promised date & on the third day the shipper & P.O. both say the item is still not delivered. The shipper or the post office is responsible for the condition of the item when I received it. The envelope it came in was completely open on one end and halfway open on the other end which could have allowed the item to just fall out. The smaller self made envelope was intact and still stapled.
