    These are not 13" snare wires, they are 14". Fortunately, I have a 14" snare that can use them. They are new, but just shipped in the clear oem packaging like I just pulled it off the store rack.     I gave it 4 stars because it does seem to leave some residue that causes bits of lint to stick like crazy! On the plus side; I no longer have to lint roll my items before putting them in the wash much to the cats chagrin-it fascinated him…..
