    I see this seller has ten positive feedback, don't know how. Made a simple Purchase and item was not shipped, will not make any contact about status, refuses to refund. Best advice I can give to future customers is shop with another seller, this seller is a dud and does not deserve to sell online. This a perfect example of someone who should stay out of ecommerce. Buyers you have been warned.

    Seller will not respond to messages. It has been 12 days since we bought these wrenches and they still show no sign of shipping even though the seller advertised it would ship within 2 business days. We paid for shipping in addition to the cost of the item so there is no reason at all for not shipping item out promptly. Lack of communication is a major factor in our feedback.
