After 2 frantic emails, all the seller said was, “ok.” The tracking was excellent and I was prepared to go to my old address to see if my package had arrived. But, surprise!! The seller got my messages and successfully changed my address. The product was new and had original, protective, tamper-resistant packaging. Great seller!
