Ryobi in name only it wont tighten a nut on my lawn mower wheel and was worthless on breaking nut free on lawnmower blade. The pcl201 is a drill driver, not an impact. What I think where looking to purchase was the pcl235, which is an impact driver. Although for lawnmower wheel or blade removal I would recommend an impact wrench. I have free returns and would encourage you to return it as it is not what you were needing. FYI per the ad this tool 180 inch pounds of torque, impact driver 1800 inch pounds. Not quite sure what the comment regarding Rino is referencing
