        Excellent portable headphones

        Been using the Major IV for over two-weeks, and it has been really great on the plane, even though these are not Noise Cancelling Headphones. I was able to use these on the plane without any noise distortion while listening to music and also watching a movie. I have also used it on public transportation, again without any issues. The plugged in headphones does not activate the Microphone; therefore, what I have noticed is that the microphone usually only works when the Bluetooth is activated both on the laptop and the mobile devices - perhaps this is only for me, but my assistant of whom I bought the same pair of headphones for also said the same thing.         Good but lacking for a Marshall product.

        Comfortable fit with nice padding for ears. Easy to pair. Power button is also a rocker switch to repeat or skip songs. These have nice midrange with so so base and really terribly lacking treble response. Overall they do sound pretty good, but for a Marshall product I expected better overall sound so it loses 2 stars because of this fact. I honestly felt let down on the overall sound quality. I had my wife listen to these and she fully agreed with my assessment of them. I do not know since I haven't had them long enough to evaluate the battery life, but the claim is 80 hours.
