    Heigh ho Silver away....

    I have been a Lone Ranger fan since I first saw the tv show back in the day. And Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels were an unbeatable pair a proto hero team that was not a first or second banana like the way that some have portrayed the show or looked at it as a proof of segregation or as a racist stereotyped roles of the Indian servant to the White lord if you will. I saw that show as something bigger than that. The one without the other wasn't complete. Now to this action figure. I was like many out there back in 1998 when these first came out I was excited at first but at the time I was collecting too many action figure lines. Now that I had given up on Star Wars and aimed myself at the 12 inch action figures I was at first looking for action figures I could use the weapons and or ...

    I buy Playing Mantis Captain Actions both for the doll itself,and for the accessories. I needed a new Lone Ranger,mine was looking kinda old and scuzzy...but I especially wanted the cowboy accessories for other home made Captain Action costumes...so I bought two.. One goes up as is,one is striped,the accessories put to use with other characters,and the new doll is in process as I sew a costume for it.

    A Return to Yesteryear

    Having this Captain Action as the Lone Ranger, is like when I got him so long ago as a kid. At that time, I already had the Action figure, and the Lone Ranger outfit (the one this new Cap is in) was the very same one I received as a Christmas gift from my parents. It's great.
