    Sorry for your delay. It is due to the Post Office over which I have no control. It was shipped Priority Mail on February 27th on THE SAME DAY was purchased. Tracking shows it arrived at the St Lois, MO distribution center on Feb. 28th where it was turned and went back to the Richmond, VA distribution center. Its in transit but just out of my control.
