    The item shipped quickly, and everything appeared new. The quality is about 8.5 out of 10. My main issue was with the front lock on the box—it doesn’t lock properly, especially for the price. I expected better quality for the lock. Otherwise, the product is great. I'm not sure if I would purchase again unless the price was lower, allowing me to replace the lock. I didn’t reach out to the seller about this issue I don’t like returning items unless the quality is really bad. 6 out of 10.

    Just as described. Good quality. I would just recommend the seller to pack items better. Because the Cartier Bag was packed folded up in a way that caused it to get all crinkled up. Showing creases, mainly in the middle and some on the sides.
