    Tree arrived as described. Very good packing for such a fragile Item. Unfortunately UPS doesn't know what fragile means, clearly marked on box. The box clearly had heavier items stacked on top. But fortunately the tree arrived unharmed. Seller did spend extra for insurance, and offered the receipt for claim. Fast shipping, along with super communications.
