I feel I was misled by the seller and offered only a very minimal refund of the price (including shipping) that I paid for an item I would NOT have purchased had I been given the CORRECT information. Very poor customer service from a seller on eBay. In conclusion, Buyer Beware.

You indicated “I will be keeping the cups because I have a friend who says she will take them.” I did offer to credit “a few bucks”, you declined, repeated your desire to leave negative feedback. I apologized and again offered to take any suggestion you had on how I could make this right for you. You continued to indicate your desire to keep the cups and leave negative feedback.
