It is not. I measured less that 1/10 of the advertised capacity in full sun. The seller sent me a small "250W" ,unit they claim puts out 141 W/SF (which is impossible) and refuses to provide me with the 250W panel I ordered From my experience, this seller has some communication challenges to overcome.
