    Seller sent an item that was modified and different from the pictures listed. Unit also wasn't factory reset. When contacted, it took a few messages where a refund was agreed to since I needed to order parts. After ordering the parts I needed from another supplier, seller contacted me trying to remind the refund offered. Then proceeded to send several more messages, each time with new conditions/requests for my receipts, etc. An absolutely painful experience.
