    The listing states “It is in excellent condition with no tears, damages, stains, snags, or other imperfections.” When it arrived, it has many stains and watermarks on it. I dropped it at the dry cleaners and hope that the stains and marks will come out. The seller did help me with purchasing two dresses apart of a bundle deal which I appreciate, but think more transparency and photos of the stains would give this seller higher feedback and honesty goes a long way when selling items online.

    Thank you for your feedback. First, I would like to clarify that both dresses were dry-cleaned before being sold, so it is absolutely impossible that they had “many stains and watermarks” as you mentioned. Both dresses were personal favorites of mine, but due to age and body changes, I could no longer wear them. The blue dress was worn only once, and the gray dress was worn twice, so there is no way there could be any stains or watermarks that couldn’t be cleaned.Additionally, I sold these dre
