Lights flickered and some didn’t turn on at all. He did offer a partial refund. Bought as a birthday gift so it was wrapped for two weeks before opening, so I would suggest testing stuff immediately. Other than the lights, the condition is nice and the appearance was clean. I don’t know if I would recommend eBay for more expensive purchases like this, with little customer support.
