Interesting that the tape was not in any of the photos provided. Since the speakers are functional. I will not raise a stink, but I am FAR from happy with this purchase. I figure I was screwed out of about $400.00 judging by the going price for broken 805s. BARELY ACCEPTABLE MERCHANT WOULD NOT DO REPEAT BUSINESS WITH HIM.
