I have an extensive collection of these purses, and I have never ever received one that was not shipped in a box. Most have some kind of padding. In the actual item description in the listing they wrote “This backpack comes with brand card and original box” so imagine my surprise when my backpack showed up with unlisted dents in a paper-thin plastic mailer bag that was torn to bits. Very disappointed. Please do better.
