    Unfortunately as I told customer, I had listed these months ago and was not aware they were on renew after I listed them. The notifications weren't popping up on my app and I was unaware these were purchased until this customer messaged me only 2 days ago about me not shipping. When the notifications popped up today I apologized to the customer and told her I would refund immediately and I did. Unfortunately I'm only human and since I was unaware about purchase I did the right thing by refunding
