When I opened the box the original insert was gone telling me this was not NEW. Also the couplers were loose in the box and 1 coupler box was broken, the rest of the locomotive was good. Also when i placed it on the track it would not run at all very unusual for a NEW locomotive. Upon closer inspection found that the wheels were very dirty after cleaning those some other adjustment It began to run like it should have out of the box
