Appearance, unsure since the item has never been delivered. Contacted the seller, he asked for me to wait at least two days. Well, I needed the little bit of money and he later said a refund was issued. It's been two days later, refunds don't take that long. Item shipped by regular mail? Don't know what envelope or packaging was. Very disappointed. I usually don't like to complain, but it seems I was brushed aside.
