The issue is with the quality of the product itself. I ordered some ear buds. They barely work. When you put them on the charger they dont usually charge. I have to wiggle then to get them to charge. When using them if i can even get them to connect, they go in and out. I understand that they are a cheap pair of earbuds but for 10 bucks they should be better than this.
