I informed him that I couldn't use a king size duvet cover; he told me the correct item was to be shipped with the promise of a return address label for the item that was the wrong size. Correct size duvet cover was received but there was no label included and I could not get a response from him on what to do. 2 weeks later l gave him 5 days to respond or wrong item would be donated - and that's what I did.
